Return & Exchange Policy

At GME Sarees, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, please read the following return and exchange terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Returns are not accepted for customized or stitched sarees.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Blouse stitching or fall/pico service orders
• Sarees marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Products damaged after use or altered by the customer

3. Return Process

• Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving the item.
• Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
• Once approved, you can courier the product back to us at your expense.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or damage complaints (if eligible).
• If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer a credit or refund.
